Our OSHA-certified superintendents conduct weekly meetings on each project site to ensure safety among all field employees and subcontractors, as well as communicate concerns, expectations, and initiatives relevant to that workplace.
Safety, however, isn’t just the responsibility of our superintendents and supervisors. Each on-site employee and subcontractor is required to work in the safest manner possible as well as report any and all unsafe conditions to their superintendent immediately.
